My Sleeper Band For The Weekend

So last class, as we were reviewing the schedule for ACL on Friday, a band that really caught my eye was Local Natives. The name is really stupid I know, a bit redundant. But a lot of bands have really stupid names, so I'm over it. All that aside, the reason they caught my eye was that while I was on one of my many alternative/indie rock on Spotify, they came up a few times. The thing I like most about the band, and I really don't say this about most indie groups, is their vocalist. Like he actually has a good voice. And to compliment that voice they have some fantastic instrumentals. While a lot of people wouldn't call them a sleeper, or at least a lot of my friends, I still think that they are an incredibly underrated group, and they are competing against absolutely nobody in the time slot they have Friday. So if you haven't looked into them I would definitely check them out. I''l definitely be there tomorrow and I can tell you how it goes on Monday
